Dealing directly with restaurant managers and executive chefs, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities whilst also building relationships and developing opportunities within out existing accounts. This is a home/field based role, you’ll be on the road the majority of the time, required to come to our East London office occasionally for team meetings.

You must have excellent sales skills and a real passion for customer service. You’ll need to be organised, an effective communicator, resilient, determined and target driven. Previous foodservice experience would be advantageous, an appreciation and basic knowledge of Fresh Produce and Ingredients is essential.

Base salary depends on experience and the company offers a generous, uncapped commission package. OTE £35-£75K.

The Cool Food Group, a leading fresh produce supply company, are looking for Multi Drop, 7.5 Tonne/Class 2, Delivery Drivers to join the team based at our London Warehouses in New Spitalfields Market, Leyton, London. Delivering fresh produce and chilled foods across London and the South East, our drivers are the face of our business and provide excellent customer service.

This is a full time, permanent position. 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) with additional Saturday shifts available. Start time is 4am while finish times may vary. Salary Competitive.

Position Involves:
• Multi Drop Deliveries of fresh and chilled food products.
• Vehicle Checks (including defect reporting) pre-departure.
• Friendly Customer Service

Skills/Requirements:
• Reliability and good timekeeping essential
• Good work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Organisational skills
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Class 2 Driving license (max 3 points)
• CPC holder
• Valid Tacho Card
